Felix Shipkevich is a New York attorney with an extensive corporate, financial and futures experience representing banks, broker-dealers, futures and forex firms. As an attorney at Morrison Mahoney, LLP, Mr. Shipkevich litigated complex insurance coverage, financial institutions, and general liability cases as well as advised on litigation strategies through trial, settlement and mediation. In 2006, Mr. Shipkevich was elected as Vice President and General Counsel at Capital Market Services, LLC where he became actively involved in the multifaceted structure of the futures industry and was responsible for the supervision of the firm’s offices located in New York, Bermuda, Saint-Petersburg, Tokyo and Shanghai. Mr. Shipkevich is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut and is also admitted to practice before U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He obtained his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from SUNY Binghamtom.
