Brian Farkas

Brian Farkas is a law clerk for Shipkevich Law Firm. He works on compliance with state and federal financial regulation, as well as transactional intellectual property matters. Mr. Farkas is a J.D. candidate at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he is focusing in intellectual property, commercial law, and dispute resolution. At Cardozo, he works with the Courtroom Advocates Project, advocating on behalf of victims of domestic violence. He serves as Managing Editor of The Cardozo Jurist. Mr. Farkas is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association. He is also a member of the Intellectual Property Section of the American Bar Association. A graduate of Vassar College, Mr. Farkas holds his B.A. in History and Political Science (cum laude) with a minor in Art History.
