Chapter 15 Representation

Chapter 15 is a relatively new addition to the Bankruptcy Code added in 2005 to provide effective mechanisms for dealing with insolvency cases with international scope. In today’s global marketplace, debtor/creditor relationships increasingly have international implications. Chapter 15 proceedings are more and more frequently used to administer the assets of cross-border bankruptcy estates and protect the interests of creditors and debtors in domestic assets. Our attorneys provide representation to domestic and foreign debtors and creditors seeking to invoke their rights to U.S. bankruptcy protection.
